I'm on vacation and my dog started having health problems. They got me in first thing and got her taken care of. I'm extremely thankful for them. Everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend them
wonderful staff even since I started going there in 1992 when I first moved to Port Clinton. The late Dr Nehls was there, but All vets that are there and have been there after his retirement have been great. Special kudos to Brad Blossey, the very dedicated staff member who extraordinarily cares for all the animals there, at his home, and at the barn Dr Nehls had animals.
We spend our summers in Port Clinton and have had need of veterinary services for our cat on several occasions. Whether it was for another cat bite or symptoms of an urinary tract infection, Dr. Lenke was available to see her in a timely fashion and was both thorough and gentle with his exam. He is very good about presenting options/alternatives when they exist. I am so glad he is here!

We spend summers on the peninsula and recently had an injury emergency with one of our dogs, Riley. The staff was wonderful! Very kind and compassionate. Riley was seen immediately and given a very thorough exam. I was informed that someone is on call daily and would be happy to see him after hours if the need arose. He was much better within 48 hours and we were able to enjoy our time at the Lake thanks to the outstanding care at CVH.
