I had a contractor special order a window through Carter Lumber. My contractor up and disappeared and I had a window waiting for me at Carter Lumber. Since my contractor was supposed to pick it up I was in a real pickle because he disappeared and hsd no way to get it myself. I called Carter Lumber and asked them what my options were. They went above and beyond helping me figure out a solution and delivered it to my home for free. After being screwed over by my contractor it felt really good to know that's somebody was looking out for me. They could have left me in a lurch. Customer service at it's finest! Thank you so much!
