My regular maintenance mechanic was unable to diagnose a cutting out issue, so he referred me to another that was also unable to diagnose the issue. He then recommended that we take it to a dealer hoping they may have a history of the issue which would lead us to a fix.

On a whim, while working in Catawba for 2 weeks I decided to give Bauman a call to see if they could pull a code that the general mechanics couldn't. Unfortunately, they couldn't pull a code either, but Steve was intrigued and I could tell he wanted to solve the problem. I don't usually use dealerships for repairs but I felt confident in Steve's willingness to get to the bottom of the issue. After 2 repairs that Mother Chrysler recommended and didn't resolve the issue, thanks for the free parts though Chrysler. At this point now, Chrysler wasn't getting back to them, but Steve and his crew had a strong opinion on what they felt the issue was. Happy to say the car is now fixed and running great, also for a very reasonable price!
