We waited 40 minutes for are food and they weren't busy. There was also a couple issues with the food itself. Never asked for refills. The owner noticed we were upset and took things off are bill to make it right. She was very sweet and would return just for that.
We came in on a rainy day to get some warm food. There were 6 of us. We were greeted very quickly and gave our drink orders to the waitress. Another waitress brought the drinks and took our orders. It took a good 20-25 mins to get the food. I had finished my drink before the food arrived but was never offered a refill. The waitress told a colleague that he would get hash browns and she had to get them as she forgot them on the first trip. At this point all was not lost. However, the waitress NEVER returned to the table. We had to call her over just to get the bill. Everyone that did get hash browns had undercooked potatoes and all of the omelets were cold. No one received a refill or was even asked about a refill. We did ask about the missing hash browns and they gave us a to go order as we paid the bill. Their response was that the hash browns were free with meals so it didn't matter. Horrible service. Almost as bad food. Would not recommend to anyone.
Great service and excellent food. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Very clean. We'll be back.
